Cope with Life

Too busy? Too tired? Too unfairly treated? Too many battles to fight? Then See Yourself iN Christ. Jesus Christ is good for your coping skills. In SYNC with him, you will do a lot more than just cope. But coping is not bad for starters.

As you SYNC with him, the authentic self you discover is your rising self not your victim self. Those two selves are in conflict. As you SYNC with Christ, the victim self quiets down, and the rising self starts declaring how things will be.

Exercise menu

Jan. 1 - Feb. 13, 2018

Note on intro text: (the band at the top plus the two paragraphs just above the menu) Too much text before they get to the menu? Or is it as necessary as I am thinking it is?

Note on meme: We know the font needs to stand out better. I'm getting some help on that. Should have the improved version up by the 5th.

Exercise menu -- Coping with life

Victims of the world, you have come to the right exercise menu! For best results, read the next two paragraphs before you start doing the exercises.

The reason you struggle to cope is that the world is way out of SYNC with Christ, and it keeps trying to take you with it. Pressure, distraction, abuse, discouragement, confusion--it's a lot to take.

Coping starts when you see through the Big Lie, the idea that you are helpless and have no choice. SYNC clarifies your authority and your choices. You find out who you are in Christ, and you start declaring what kind of day you are going to have instead of letting someone else decide that for you.

Broken links in the exercise menu: In the link labels, "COMING" means the exercise is still being prepared, and the link is inactive. "OLD" means the exercise is leftover from Glory Season in December. The link is active but the content is for the wrong season. Use an "OLD" link if you want to see how a particular exercise works, but do not comment in detail on the "Glory Season" content. As I update these for Life Season, I will mark them  "NEW" so you can check them out if you want.

Big question for testers:

Though most menu items are not available yet, do these buttons have enough info that you would be OK clicking on some of them (once they are live), or do you feel lost?
