The "Three Cs" are three things you always have in mind as you do the SYNC Bible readings. Your goal is SYNCing, which is more than knowing something in your head. You do not just hear the beat of Scripture; you move with it.
The "Three Cs" will help you read the Bible differently than if you use the two default questions most people unconsciously use, that is, what do the verses mean and what encouragement I can get out of them.
Try the Three Cs approach instead. See for yourself how the Bible will hit home more than before.
What can I celebrate in these verses?
Where does forgiveness show up in these verses?
What is so amazing and wonderful about forgiveness in Christ, compared to the alternatives?
How do these verses change me?
What has to change in me if I get into SYNC with these verses?
What attitude has to change? Who must I forgive?
How do these verses help me make that change, no matter how difficult? What has God already done to make it possible?
How will I carry and spread forgiveness if I am in SYNC with these verses?
Who else will benefit as I become a carrier of forgiveness?
How will that benefit ever happen? What is my next step as a carrier?
Who will I tell about what I am celebrating and changing?

Daily Bible readings in the New Testament column cover the whole New Testament in one year, and the Old Testament readings cover the whole Old Testament. However, you do not read through the Bible directly from start to finish.
In each SYNC season, the biblical books you read are those that emphasize the seasonal theme most clearly. For example, during Forgiveness Season, Luke and Romans are the main New Testament books used because they say so much about forgiveness.
